Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting. This role requires a compassionate and skilled nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reacting to changes as necessary.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Educate families about neonatal care and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of recent Neonatal Level III experience.
• Active BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required.
• Must hold a permanent Ohio RN license or a Compact State RN license.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.
