Overview The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) provides specialized assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy Collaborate with staff and families to support communication and feeding goals Assist with AAC device recommendations Integrate communication strategies into behavior plans Ensure compliance with relevant regulations Qualifications Master’s in Speech‑Language Pathology Current CA licensure Experience working with students with complex disabilities Preferred: ABA knowledge Preferred: AAC systems proficiency Preferred: Bilingual abilities Benefits Competitive salary ($125,000–$145,000), health insurance, paid time off, and a supportive team environment.
