Job Title: Technical Sourcer
6 Months Contract to Hire
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)
Pay rate - $30/hr
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Overview: Experience in Entertainment Industry is a Huge Plus Responsibilities:- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, our client, and alternative search techniques
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine alignment to open positions
- Collaborate with recruiters to improve recruiting processes and recruiting efficiency.
- Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via our client, Facebook, and alternative search techniques).
Job Requirements：
- Desire to Work on a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Great verbal and written communication skill, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details).
