Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will manage a caseload of clients remotely, focusing on mental health care and treatment planning while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient mental health services through telehealth, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their mental health goals Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communications Required qualifications Master's level degree in social work and current LCSW licensure Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
