Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence after illness or injury. In our inpatient rehabilitation setting, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy focused on daily living skills, mobility, cognition, and safety. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document outcomes, and contribute to quality and process-improvement initiatives in a supportive, growth-oriented culture.
