Parts Store Manager - Commercial HVAC

Lead the sale of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies over the phone and in person Interact with customers daily and provide customer service Plan and implement operational policies and goals Motivate staff to reach revenue and profit goals Coordinate with leaders to maintain processes and standards and contribute to new standards Work with the District Manager to determine assigned staff responsibilities Provide technical support and research options to address customer needs Receive and process orders, product and service questions, warranty administration, and customer concerns Determine and maintain inventory mix based on market trends and customer needs Manage inventory through weekly cycle counts and yearly full inventory audits Process customer orders efficiently Research the market to competitively price inventory while maintaining profit margins Manage operations and schedules of assigned staff Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of related experience (preferred), including 2-4+ years of commercial HVAC or related sales experience Previous management experience (strongly preferred) Prior experience in parts identification and inventory control Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position Successful completion of pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law Safety-sensitive positions may require cannabis (marijuana) testing Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in HVAC sales, customer service, and inventory management, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and team leadership to achieve revenue goals.
