Uses engineering principles to manipulate materials for fabrication and assembly processes. Prepares technical documentation in order to implement waterfront welding processes including specifications, analyses, standards, and restrictions. Creates new or modifies current welding methods, techniques, and procedures in order to substantiate welding theories.Must HaveBachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant exempt experience;
