Job Details Specialty: PACU – Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/22/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment type: Travel Requirements Active RN license Degree from an accredited nursing program BLS and ACLS certifications At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care PACU setting Additional requirements as determined by the client facility Responsibilities Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) RN will assist in recovering patients from anesthesia, monitoring them as they wake from surgery and coordinating their discharge or transfer to the floor. Provide care for post‑operative patients recovering from anesthesia, including general, regional, and local procedures; treat inpatients and outpatients as needed. Administer diligent care through monitoring, assessment, intervention, and continuous reassessment.
