Job Overview A law firm seeks a Compensation and Benefits Attorney to join their team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in various aspects of compensation and benefits, including equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, and employment agreements. Duties Advise on equity and executive compensation matters. Prepare and review proxy disclosures. Draft employment and severance agreements. Navigate IRC Sections 280G and 409A. Support mergers and acquisitions and IPOs. Requirements 3-6 years of relevant experience. Excellent academic credentials. Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills.
