HHA - Home Health Aide

DSI Management, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team for overnight and day shifts . In this role, you will provide essential non-medical support that helps clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

Position Overview

As a Home Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help maintain a safe and supportive home environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, and nutritional support.
• Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises as directed.
• Provide incidental and instructional ADL support , including meal preparation, shopping, socialization, and light housekeeping.
• Offer medication reminders as needed.
• Accurately document observations, services provided, and client activities in a timely manner.
• Complete required in-service trainings and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Uphold and respect patient rights at all times.
• Maintain punctual attendance and participate in scheduled trainings and team meetings.
• Present a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor while representing the organization.

Requirements

• HHA 75Hour Certification (Required)
• 1 year of Home Health experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work overnight shifts (Preferred)
• Ability to work day shifts (Preferred)
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and sex offender registry check
• Eligibility to work in the United States, including completion of the I9 Employment Verification process
• Compliance with our Drug-Free Workplace policy
