Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical PM Profession: RN Specialty: Medical/Surgical PM Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years in Med Surg/telemetry/PCU License: RN License Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - EPIC EMR/charting experience - At least 1 year of travel nursing experience - 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the last 5 years - Experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6 Description: This position requires a minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical-Surgical, telemetry, or progressive care units. Candidates must have experience with EPIC EMR/charting. A minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience is required. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the last 5 years. The RN will be assigned to a vacancy that best fits their experience. The position involves working 36 hours per week, typically consisting of three 12-hour shifts. The RN is expected to work every other weekend and may be required to float to other equivalent units as needed. Patient ratios on this unit typically range from 1:5 to 1:6.
