Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic conditions to enhance their mobility and functional independence. Deliver evidence-based interventions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Diagnose and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving physical function and reducing pain.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  
  
• 
  Document all patient assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to promote ongoing recovery and prevent future injury.
  
  
• 
  Maintain a safe, clean, and positive clinical environment that meets all health and safety guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or possess compact eligibility.
  
  
• 
  Possess a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  
  
• 
  Have at least 1 year of recent outpatient experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to new clinical settings.
  
  
• 
  Willing to float to clinically appropriate units as needed within scope of practice and licensure.
