Leasing Consultant

A growing property management firm is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist in the daily operation of our property Enclave at Creedmoor in Creedmoor, TX.

Responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant:

• Be comfortable touring the property and presenting apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
• Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
• Validate application information and references.
• Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.
• Have knowledge on LIHTC leasing procedures and compliance.

What We Require:

• LIHTC, HUD, Sec8 experience, required
• Outgoing, proactive, ambitious
• Strong admin and organizational skills
• Strong customer service, communication skills and sales skills
• Interpersonal skills, ability to multitask
• Marketing knowledge
• Yardi experience
• File management experience and computer proficiency
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays with shift changes, required
• Valid driver's license, required
• Leasing experience, required
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test, required

Compensation:

• Up to $24-$26/Hr depending on experience.
• Monthly renewal commission and bonus opportunities
