Job Details

Position Summary

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations at a high-profile client site. Reporting to the Alliance Account Manager, this role serves as the primary liaison between the client, on-site staff, and Alliance departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site security operations and personnel.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address service concerns.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ensure completion of incident reports, DARs, and other required documentation.
• Monitor CCTV, access control systems, and security procedures.
• Manage site inventories, equipment, badges, and supplies.
• Coordinate contractor and vendor access.
• Verify timesheets, staffing records, and billing documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues.

Qualifications

• Previous security management, hospitality, or related leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with incident reporting, access control, and CCTV systems preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00

Certification Requirements

• NYS Security Guard License
