You'll build and develop a high-performing team, manage the business end to end, and serve as the bridge between your store and the corporate team.What You'll DoOwn your store's overall performance — sales, profitability, team, and guest experience.Build, lead, and develop a high-performing management team and staff.Manage store financials (P&L), labor, and operations to meet targets.Serve as the link between your store and the corporate team.Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and cleanliness.What We're Looking For2+ years of store or restaurant management experience.High school diploma required; AA degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.Experience leading high-volume operations and supervising 10+ team members.Strong business acumen — P&L, labor, and scheduling — plus proven leadership.Full-time availability, including holidays, nights and weekends.Growth & DevelopmentWe promote from within and invest in your development.
