What You’ll Do
As our Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing an exceptional experience for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
Managing appointment scheduling and client communications.
Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our services.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate client and patient records.
Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed.
Creating a welcoming and organized front desk environment.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members.
A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine love for animals.
Bilingual abilities (a plus!) to better serve our diverse community.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
