Location: Rainsville, AL (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $15 per hour on W2

Responsibilities:

• To assemble product at the final stage while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures to include proper use of required PPE.
• Assemble product using various tools and methods.
• Use grinding and other pneumatic tools according to safety standards.
• Utilize hoists and other lift assist equipment to safely move product.
• Clean/touch-up paint units as needed.
• Label units to meet quality specifications.
• Deconstruct return product in a safe manner.
• Operate a forklift safely.
• Participate in physical inventory activities.
• Utilize lift assistance to handle products weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Meet established efficiency and productivity standards.
• Maintain 6S and Lean Manufacturing standards.
• Additional or updated duties as business demands change.

Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, plans, drawings, shop aids, instructions, and examples.
• Ability to complete requirement for Forklift Certification.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
