Registered Nurse

Heritage Health Care Center, part of HHP Lifeshare in Minster, OH, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor health status, and respond to changes in condition. You will collaborate closely with direct support staff, providers, and families, provide health education, maintain accurate documentation, and support a respectful, person-centered, team-based environment that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life.
