UForce Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations and contribute to a positive, professional, and community-driven training environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, people-oriented, and motivated to grow within the fitness industry. The Assistant GM will work closely with ownership and staff to support member experience, operational efficiency, and overall gym growth.

Responsibilities

Support daily gym operations and front-of-house management

Help create a welcoming, high-energy member experience

Assist with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks

Support membership sales, retention, and community engagement efforts

Coordinate promotions, events, and outreach initiatives

Maintain operational organization and professionalism throughout the facility

Assist with staff coordination and team communication

Help ensure systems and processes run smoothly day to day

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills

Leadership experience is a plus

Interest in fitness, wellness, or community building preferred
