About The Role As a Carrier Sales Representative, you are a key contributor to Uber Freight's business by generating and maintaining carrier relationships. You will be eligible to earn a monthly bonus, in addition to your base salary, in your first full calendar month and enjoy working in a fast-paced, sales environment. Schedule: Full Time Job Type: Onsite Salary Type: Salary Req #: 3044 What The Candidate Will Do Establish relationships, negotiate, and develop carriers regularly via phone and email in order to develop core and dedicated carriers specific to Uber Freight's accounts Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels where freight is picked up and delivered on time using safe, reliable carriers Meet or exceed team financial and individual performance goals Develop knowledge of carrier supply and demand, spot market pricing, and factors that impact freight markets Carrier profile management- learn carrier requirements, needs, contacts and update carrier profiles regularly.
