Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Travel RN for the Emergency Department to provide urgent care with a focus on trauma and critical scenarios. This position requires EPIC EHR proficiency and Navy Blue scrubs, supporting flexible coverage in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure prompt, effective treatment.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in EPIC.
• Maintain infection control standards and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist in triaging and prioritizing emergency cases efficiently.
• Support float coverage across units as needed to maintain staffing levels.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of emergency department experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system.
• Possess current certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Be able to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Willing to review clinicians with pending state licenses.
