Job Summary:
This position is located in Winchester, Virginia, within the Surgical Services department. The role requires a CVOR Tech (Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician) with at least two years of experience and proficiency in Epic electronic medical records. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The assignment involves working in a busy surgical environment with the potential to float to the main operating room for vascular and thoracic cases.

Job Details:

• Position: CVOR Tech (Cardiovascular Operating Room Technician)
• Location: Winchester, Virginia
• Schedule: Dayshift, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (4x10 schedule), with rotating days off
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (AHA only), NBSTSA Certification, Virginia State License (or Temporary License while pending), minimum of 2+ years experience as a CVOR Tech, proficiency with special equipment such as ECMO, IABP, Maze Ablation, and DaVinci Robot, and experience with Epic electronic medical records.
• Preferred Qualifications: Ability to scrub proficiently and independently on complex cardiac cases; experience with Vascular and Thoracic cases preferred.
• Additional Information: The role may include on-call duties, which can include weekends and holidays, with 6 to 13 shifts within a four-week period. May be required to float to the main OR for vascular and thoracic cases.
