Requirements

• Current National Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
• At least 1-2 years of recent experience in a high-volume surgical setting.
• Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in scrub techniques across multiple specialties including General and Orthopedics.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a sterile field and anticipate surgeon needs.
