Get to Know Your Team UT Health Jacksonville features 33 operational beds, an ICU, a 24‑hour ED designated as a Level IV trauma center and acute stroke‑ready facility, a maternity unit, advanced diagnostic technology, surgical suites, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, a wound healing center, and the UT Health East Texas Olympic Center fitness and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities Patient check‑in/out, appointment scheduling, scanning and filing documents, and insurance verification. Obtaining authorization, collecting payments, and charge posting. Faxing medical records requests and scheduling patients for injections at the hospital. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent.
