What You'll Do

• Conduct screenings and evaluations for patients with cognitive or ADL physical functioning disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following all regulatory standards.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices in therapy.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, patients, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all services accurately in electronic medical records.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and conferences.
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants, aides, or students as needed.

What You Need

• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist License and NBCOT Certification
• 1+ year of relevant clinical experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while adhering to regulatory standards
