Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Nissan of Gadsden. This role will involve leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Manage customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes

Requirements:

Prior experience in a sales management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of automotive industry a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Benefits:

Competitive Commission of $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Bi-weekly pay schedule
