Senior RPA Engineer & Supply Chain Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly skilledRPA Senior Engineer – Business Analyst to drive automation initiatives and deliver impactful business solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with strong business analysis skills, particularly in supply chain operations. Roles and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end RPA projects, from requirement gathering to implementation and post-deployment support. Analyze complex, data-rich processes to identify automation opportunities and optimize operational efficiency. Develop and implement advanced supply chain models and heuristics to solve analytical and operational problems. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa. Define technical requirements and lead software/system implementations across large, multi-regional organizations. Communicate analytical findings, technical roadblocks, and project progress clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Mentor and guide junior team members in RPA and data analytics best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 6+ years of hands-on RPA experience, with proven success in data-intensive analysis and complex modeling. Technical Expertise: Robotic Process Automation, Tableau, Advanced Excel, Supply Chain & Procurement analytics. Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain models, procurement processes, and analytical problem-solving. Leadership: Ability to manage concurrent projects, lead impactful programs independently, and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical and analytical concepts in business terms.
