Required Skills

Excellent phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in specimen collection and documentation.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills to explain procedures and foster patient trust.

Keyboard and data entry experience to maintain accurate records.

Additional Skills & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; over 1 year preferred.

Customer service experience in retail or service environments is a plus.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as needed.

Reliable transportation to ensure timely attendance; personal transportation preferred over rideshare or public transit.

Ability to work within a 20-25 minute commute window to the worksite.
