Graphic Designer

About the Role We're looking for a Graphic Designer who executes at a high level across a wide range of channels, from print collateral to web design to digital marketing. This role suits someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and a self starter. You'll work within Felt Right's existing brand and design systems and bring projects to life consistently across every channel the brand touches. You bring serious craft to your work by honing in on typography, hierarchy, layout, and a clear understanding of how design performs across digital and print environments. What You'll Do Design on-brand packaging, print collateral, internal materials, social graphics, and web layouts. Collaborate with the Art Director and department heads, incorporating feedback and making adjustments quickly. Help ensure projects meet deadlines and uphold high-quality standards. Contribute to brainstorming sessions by offering unique and thoughtful ideas with the Marketing Team. Assist on photoshoots when needed. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia, or visual communications, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 3+ years of professional experience in brand, marketing, or visual design — ideally within a B2C company, in-house brand team, or design-led agency. Strong background in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. A portfolio that shows both conceptual thinking and executional polish across brand and digital work. Deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and storytelling through design. Ability to present and defend creative work with clarity, purpose, and data-driven reasoning, building alignment across teams. A strategic mindset — you think beyond visuals to the business goals behind them. Comfortable working within a culture of positive feedback and creative critique. Curiosity, especially when it comes to leveraging tools like AI to accelerate creativity.
