DV Therapy puts you alongside speech-language pathologists (SLPs & SLPAs) and occupational therapists (OTs and COTAs) serving the same children because a client's communication, regulation, and behavior don't live in separate departments. We're hiring a BCBA at our Covina center to lead individualized, play-based, family-involved programs as part of that integrated team. What We Need You To Bring: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, required Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), required Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA services Bilingual (Spanish) a huge plus! What We Need You To Do: Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes Uphold DV Therapy’s Core Values: Respect, Drive, Flexibility, Proficiency, Empathy, Communication, Tenacity About DV Therapy DV Therapy provides ABA, OT, and Speech services in both home and clinic settings across Southern California.
