Contract | Days | 36–48 Hours Per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Epic and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years (each work history entry must specify the charting system used, with dates provided if multiple EMR systems were used at the same organization)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or ARC Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) certification
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee in a comparable role

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
