Event Assistant

We need someone who thrives in the thick of it organised under pressure, switched on with people, and ready to make every event run like clockwork.

As an Event Assistant in Dallas, you'll be on the ground at live events, promotional activations, and client campaigns across the city. No two days look the same one day you're helping set up a brand pop-up, the next you're engaging a crowd at a product launch. It's fast, fun, and genuinely rewarding work for someone who loves being in the action.

What the role looks like in practice

Event set-up and pack-down

Venue prep, materials, logistics support

Live audience engagement

Face-to-face interaction with customers and attendees

On-day coordination

Supporting leads, keeping things running smoothly

Feedback and reporting

Gathering insights from the field post-event
