Proposal Management Specialist

Stepping into a critical interim role, the Contract Transactions Pursuits & Directories Manager will manage the full lifecycle of RFP and pitch responses, providing strategic advisory and conducting market intelligence analyses in a hybrid work environment for an elite global law firm. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliance and timely submission of deliverables Provide strategic guidance for complex RFP responses, collaborating with attorneys and firm leadership Conduct market and audience analyses to inform response strategies and develop compelling value propositions Required qualifications 7+ years of project and production experience in managing RFPs and pitches within a professional services environment, preferably in the legal industry Exceptional writing, editing, and copy-proofreading skills with the ability to create persuasive client-focused content Strong independent judgment and decision-making capabilities for developing competitive value propositions Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business discipline
