This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on improving patient quality of life through non-opioid practices. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer injections as part of the pain management protocol. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients about non-opioid pain management strategies and therapies. Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York State. Experience in pain management or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
