Sr Technical Program Manager, Prime Video Advertsing

Salary: $148,700 - 201,200 per year Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in technical product or program management
• 3 years of software development experience
• 5 years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules
• Experience creating and evaluating system-level technical designs
• Experience developing and delivering product and technical roadmaps
• Preferred: 5 years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical-path management
• Preferred: Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting results to senior leadership
• Strong technical skills, sound judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders
• Comfort with technical architecture discussions and balancing business needs with technical constraints

• Own Channels ad monetization programs from requirements definition through launch and iteration
• Coordinate across Prime Video Ads engineering teams to align roadmaps, resolve dependencies, and deliver programs on schedule
• Serve as the technical liaison between channel publishers and our internal product and engineering teams
• Champion new features, identify product opportunities, and influence stakeholders toward durable solutions
• Lead technical design reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and latency requirements are met
• Anticipate bottlenecks, proactively manage risks, and establish clear escalation paths
• Communicate roadmaps, trade-offs, and program status to cross-functional teams and senior leaders
• Plan and execute launches, including channel partner integrations, ad format rollouts, and marketplace expansions
• Lead cross-organizational working sessions with Amazon Ads, Prime Video, and partner teams to agree on technical specifications and delivery timelines
• Manage multiple programs at different stages, from early design through execution and post-launch optimization
