We have been asked by a client in Kokomo, IN to help them find Plant Setup Laborers. In this role, you will assist with setting up a new manufacturing facility by removing packaging and crating from equipment, helping move machinery into place, and serving as a spotter for equipment deliveries to ensure a safe and efficient plant startup.

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay : $17.00 per hour
• Schedule : Monday-Friday
• Hours : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Immediate start available
• Weekly pay
• Full-time hours
• Day shift with weekends off
• Valuable manufacturing and facility setup experience

What will you do as a Plant Setup Laborer?

• Remove packaging, crating, and protective materials from equipment using a Sawzall and hand tools
• Assist with unloading, moving, and positioning equipment throughout the facility
• Act as a spotter for trucks transporting equipment into the plant
• Support the installation and setup of machinery and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures while working around heavy equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work with team members to ensure setup activities are completed on schedule

What qualifications will you have as a Plant Setup Laborer?

• Ability to safely use a Sawzall and basic hand tools
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
