Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Santa Rosa, CA as a traveling Physical Therapist where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This position offers a 13-week assignment with a guaranteed 30 hours to start. A recruiter will be available to provide more information about the opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience providing therapy in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings preferred.
Client requirement: ability to work a flexible schedule across variable shifts and adapt to changing patient census.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with mobility training, gait training, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in long-term care settings preferred.
