Warehouse Supervisor

Cencora seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for its Roanoke, Texas distribution facility supporting healthcare supply chain operations. The role involves managing warehouse staff, overseeing receiving, shipping, and controlled substance handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and DEA regulations.

Responsibilities

Hire, manage performance, and direct warehouse associates across receiving, shipping, picking, and packing functions
Oversee controlled substance cage/vault operations and maintain detailed incoming/outgoing records
Monitor work processes and implement improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and accuracy
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, DEA regulations, and company policies
Verify shipment documentation and manage delivery manifests to ensure timely customer receipt

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum two years directly related and progressively responsible warehouse experience
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of warehouse operations and RF device systems
Ability to work Sunday 3PM onward and Monday–Thursday 5PM onward with schedule flexibility
Willingness to operate reach trucks and participate in physical inventory counts
