Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include students ranging from elementary to high school age, many of whom may be experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, or trauma. You will play a crucial role in identifying mental health needs early on and providing interventions geared toward academic success and emotional wellness. Being attuned to the educational environment will enhance the relevance of your therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

  • A thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application within a school setting.
  • \n
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills are essential for effective client interaction.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient environment is required, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents.
