Compensation

• $19.00-$20.00/hour, based on relevant experience or bilingual Spanish ability

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound collection calls and answering inbound customer calls
• Helping customers with basic escrow and insurance questions
• De-escalating and resolving difficult customer situations
• Processing automated payments and customer paperwork
• Supporting servicing team goals around delinquency and correspondence turnaround
• Updating internal systems with all customer contact details
• Acting as a value-added teammate across the servicing group

What You'll Need to Be Considered

• Comfortable working on-site during initial training/probationary period before transitioning to hybrid
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
