We specialise in providing a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, from central air conditioning units to ductless mini-splits and indoor air quality systems. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, playing a vital role in upholding our reputation for outstanding service and technical excellence. Responsibilities Serving as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone, email, and our website. Efficiently scheduling service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations for our team of certified technicians. Providing clear and accurate information to customers regarding our products, services, and pricing. Maintaining and updating customer records with precision in our company database. Addressing and resolving customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive outcome. Liaising with the technical team to coordinate scheduling and ensure seamless service delivery. Following up with customers post-service to guarantee satisfaction and gather feedback. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, call centre support, or administration. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software systems. A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in the HVAC or a related trade industry is advantageous but not essential.
