Lead Teacher

KinderCare is seeking Lead Teachers for our South Loop center to inspire and guide young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. In this on-site role, you will design and deliver curriculum, ensure a safe and nurturing classroom, and model best practices for assistant teachers. You’ll partner closely with families, track developmental milestones, and support each child’s unique needs.
