Regional Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose This role is primarily responsible for providing a reactive sales effort, handling the administrative sales support and communication for the hotels in your portfolio. You would support the assigned RDOS, the on‑site hotel team, and the clients of the hotels in your portfolio. Responsibilities Provide a reactive sales effort for 6-8 hotels, including: Respond to group leads from brand, HotelPlanner, SMERF inquiries, and other sources Oversee group bookings, including rooming list entry, cutoff and pick updates Enter data into the hotel’s CRM system, enter sales‑related packages, and promotions Participate in revenue management meetings for sales‑related inventory management Provide additional support to the Regional Director of Sales as needed Compensation & Benefits Average compensation is $40K-$50K, in addition to benefits including: Medical, Dental, & Vision – we pay 100% employee coverage! 401k Incentive program Take What You Need Vacation Time Money saved on daily coffee, lunch, dry‑cleaning, gas, vehicle wear‑and‑tear, etc. More time with family and pets Qualifications Candidates MUST HAVE a minimum of 2+ years on‑property sales coordinator experience/administrative support or similar with a major hotel chain, ideally Hilton. Hilton experience is a plus Knowledge of hotel PMS systems, CRM, Lead portals, Brand portals College degree and hospitality certifications preferred but not required Long hours sometimes required Light work – exerting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10 lbs. of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects Excessive screen time and phone communication, including video conferencing Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary #J-18808-Ljbffr
