The schedule includes five 8-hour shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM or two 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM when covering weekends. Weekend and holiday coverage for the night shift are included. No call is required at this time. Candidates must possess certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. Experience with trauma cases is preferred. Skills in various areas including blood product administration, ventilator care, and pain management are necessary. Candidates must be familiar with patient care practices for adults and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support teams such as IV Teams and Rapid Response Teams are available. This position requires effective communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
