Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: High School Diploma or GED required Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Bilingual skills a plus, but not required Responsibilities As a Field Supervisor, you will: Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate Our Investment in You Caring for others starts with caring for you.
