Senior Living Maintenance Director

Suncoast House

Suncoast House in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and physical condition of the assisted living community. The role coordinates preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, vendors, and emergency response while ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.

The position reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with nursing, housekeeping, dietary, and other teams to support resident comfort and safety.
