About the Opportunity:
A leading medical technology organization is expanding operations in Sparks, MD and is hiring multiple Manufacturing Technicians, Assembly Technicians, Test Technicians, and Quality Control professionals
We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with their hands, following detailed instructions, assembling components, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting manufacturing operations
Candidates from manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, electronics, military, defense, medical device, industrial equipment, and related industries are strongly encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components and systems
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspections
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment
- Identify defects and support continuous improvement initiative
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedure
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
- Support assembly, testing, inspection, and manufacturing operations as needed
Preferred Qualification
- High School Diploma or GED require
- Manufacturing, assembly, testing, inspection, maintenance, or technician experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
- Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, gauges, micrometers, and related equipment
- Ability to read drawings, blueprints, diagrams, or technical instruction
- Basic computer and Windows environment experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus but not required
