Your Role: Physical Therapist

You will be the cornerstone of our patients' recovery journeys. Your primary mission is to provide high-quality evaluations, treatments, and documentation that set the standard for outpatient care. You'll manage a robust and established caseload, ensuring each patient receives a personalized roadmap to wellness. A key part of your success will be your collaborative spirit—working seamlessly with our team of chiropractors and other providers to create integrated, optimal outcomes for every individual. Beyond daily treatments, we value your voice. You will have the opportunity to contribute to program development and clinic improvement initiatives, helping shape the future of our services. You Bring:

• A current Iowa Physical Therapist license.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an outpatient or private practice setting.
• Strong clinical skills, particularly with orthopedic, sports, and general rehabilitation populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that put patients at ease and foster team collaboration.
• The ability to work autonomously with confidence while thriving as part of a supportive, integrated team.

Location & Compensation

This full-time role is based in our welcoming clinic in Waterloo, Iowa. We offer a competitive annual salary of $80,000 - $85,000, plus a bonus structure, recognizing your experience and the immediate value you bring to our practice and our patients.
