Alside, a leading exterior building products distributor, is seeking a Service & Support Representative to deliver high-quality customer service, manage orders, resolve issues, and provide product guidance to customers. You will also participate in outbound pool calls to inactive or unassigned accounts to generate revenue and grow the Supply Center's customer base.
