About the Role We are looking for someone that can assemble structural metal products using a large variety of tools and machines. You will interpret blueprints, drawings and other written/verbal instructions and then weigh in on project scope and requirements. Responsibilities Must be able to operate, band saws, mills, drills, grinding and forming/steel processing equipment Maintains a safe clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Operate forklift and overhead crane Ensure all equipment is properly setup and maintained Location & Commitments Permanent full-time role based in Dixon, IL Benefits Include Pay Range of $18.33 - $23.96 depending on experience Productivity Bonus, paid quarterly. Average 2025 payout was $7/hour. Payouts are based on overall company profitability, and attendance $500 sign on bonus, paid after 90 days of employment Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance 401k with company match Paid Holidays and Vacation Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to read a tape measure and interpret blueprint, schematics and work instruction diagrams. Excellent ability to read and listen to assignments given in a variety of forms. Basic understanding of mathematics as related to fabrication assignments. Education and Experience: 1 year experience fabricating. Experience using band saw, drills, grinding and forming/steel processing equipment. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must have enough manual dexterity and stability as required for precision work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
